Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how Youvelop, operated by Elias Crespo Molato as a sole proprietorship based in Canada, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit youvelop.com or use any of our products.

If anything here is unclear, email hello@youvelop.com and we will answer.

01Who we are

Youvelop is a creator brand operated by Elias Crespo Molato as a sole proprietorship based in Canada. When this policy refers to "we," "us," or "Youvelop," it refers to that business.

02Information we collect

We only collect what we actually need to deliver our products and communicate with you. Specifically:

  • Newsletter signups. Your email address and first name when you subscribe to our list.
  • Purchase information. If you buy a product, we collect your name, email, and billing details required to process the order. Payment card information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our systems.
  • Product usage data. If you use one of our interactive products (such as Path to Purpose), we store your responses and progress so you can continue where you left off.
  • Technical data. Standard server logs from Cloudflare, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used for security and basic analytics.

03How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Deliver the product or content you signed up for or purchased
  • Send you newsletter emails and product updates you have subscribed to
  • Process refunds and respond to support requests
  • Improve our products and understand how people use them
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. Full stop.

04Tools and services we use

To run the business, we use a small set of trusted third-party services that may process your data:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL). Stores newsletter contacts, customer records, and powers our email automations.
  • Stripe. Processes all payments. Stripe handles your payment information directly under their own privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare. Hosts our websites and product infrastructure.
  • Google. If you sign in to a Youvelop product using Google, we receive your name and email through that login.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and security practices. We pick tools that take privacy seriously.

05Cookies and tracking

We use minimal cookies, only what is needed to keep you signed in to product apps and to remember basic preferences. We do not run advertising trackers across the marketing site. If we ever add analytics that tracks individual behavior, we will update this policy first.

06Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and similar laws in other regions, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccurate information
  • Delete your data, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every email

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@youvelop.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

07Data retention

We keep your data only as long as we need it. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. Customer purchase records are retained for as long as required by Canadian tax and accounting law. Product usage data is retained as long as your account is active and is deleted on request.

08Security

We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections, secure infrastructure on Cloudflare, and limited access to systems holding personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously.

09International users

Youvelop operates from Canada. If you access our products from outside Canada, your data may be processed in Canada or in the regions where our service providers operate (primarily the United States and the European Union). By using Youvelop, you consent to that processing.

10Children

Youvelop products are not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will remove their information.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. For significant updates, we will notify newsletter subscribers by email.

12Contact
