These Terms of Service govern your use of youvelop.com and any product, app, or content sold or distributed by Youvelop. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
Youvelop is operated by Elias Crespo Molato as a sole proprietorship based in Canada.
Youvelop sells digital products and educational content. When you purchase a product, you receive access to the materials described on the product page. You do not own the underlying intellectual property unless explicitly stated.
Specific products currently offered:
Some products require an account or access code to use. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your access with anyone else. If we detect shared access, we may revoke it without refund.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
Our refund policy depends on the product:
If you buy Path to Purpose and it is not for you, tell us within 14 days and you get your money back. The Start Ugly Launch Kit is final sale because of what is inside it.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, when you buy a Youvelop product you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials. You may not:
The Start Ugly: The Launch Kit specifically includes Private Label Rights (PLR) to the Start Ugly book. Separate license terms governing what you can do with the PLR content are included inside the product itself. Those terms apply to that specific content and override the general license rules in section 05 for that material only.
All content on youvelop.com and inside Youvelop products, including text, graphics, logos, code, frameworks, and methodologies, is owned by Elias Crespo Molato or used under license. The Youvelop name, brand, and logo are protected. You may not use them without written permission.
Youvelop products provide education, frameworks, and tools. They do not guarantee a specific outcome. What you do with what you learn is on you.
We do not provide therapy, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice. The content is for educational and informational purposes only. If you are dealing with serious mental health challenges or making major financial decisions, consult a qualified professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Youvelop and Elias Crespo Molato are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We use trusted third parties to deliver our products (Stripe for payments, GoHighLevel for email, Cloudflare for hosting, Google for sign-in). Their terms and policies apply when you interact with them through our products. We are not responsible for outages or issues on their end.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site or products after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Youvelop operates. Any disputes will be handled in Canadian courts.
